Defective Microwave Oven

Name of company/service: Godrej

I purchased microoven from Aashirvad, TILAKMAIDAN, MUZAFFARPUR ON 21.10.2012. Currently my Micro oven did not doing any function.(either it is in micro mode or in convection mode or in grilling mode). I lodged my complain no 825704,dtd:04.07.2012 and CSN is 660 against my call no: X1007826419 dtd10.07.2012 and CSN 100 is against my call no: X1607827018 dtd16.07.2012 as per toll free nos details they SMS to me on Phone no 9431820093. I request you please lookinto the matter seriously .
