I bought a Compaq CQ40-601TU laptop on 02.02.2010 with a defect in the set which started giving trouble since its bought from M/S Eastern Logica Infoway Ltd. Ph 033-4012-9999 vide bill no. ELIL/73676/0910 dt 02.02.2010. I had repeatedly raised complain to HP thru internet and phone vide case no. 4615258705 and submitted the laptop to its authorised service centre M/S MicroCline Ph +91 9831887023 dated 18.06.2010 till date. They never bouthered to inform me anything about the nature of the complain unless i repeatedly called them up and visited them! They said laptop mother board is not working and needs to replaced which is not readily available since its a new model. I had been suffering buying the laptop for more productivity which is a defective product and lying at HP Service place with pathetic service standards.
Kindly suggest me some way out.
