I bought sunglasses from snapdeal.com and realized that the case was of poor quality and the seam had come on in places. I wrote to them after a couple of days and they denied to hear me out as it was over 48 hours… I was shocked at teh treatment and answer received. No mention of this policy can be found on their voucher or invoice and no where during the check out and buying the policy was mentioned. The shoddy treatment has left me with poor impression of the online traders. I need what I paid for… I have been cheated by snapdeal.
