defective handset, poor service

Name of company/service: spice mobile handset

i purchase a spice handset on 7/6/12.but same was not working proper from purchageing date.i contact costumer care (spice) about 10 times but no any responce received me. there are no gprs settings available at any cellular network operator. no any doing help about gprs settings.on 13/6/12 i contact authrised service centre (spice) regarding defact of handset but they took my handset no proper handset receipt(jobcard) recieved me. on 14/6/12 a sms received me about handset received(my service no.07100581c60207 dt. 14/6/12)but they give me deliver time about 15 days.i am requesting to claim my handset cost+ compensate from spice mobile company.pl. take necessary action.
