i had purchased a Blackberry handset 9300 on 28 feb 2012.Since than the phone is not working properly. it has already been sent 2 times for repairing and everytime it is sent it takes about 14 days for it to come back and than after few days the same problem statrts the phone has already destroyed the other accessories due to faultiness. please help me to know how can i go ahead about claiming my valuablemoney for a faulty product.
