I purchased Samsung Galaxy R handset on 28th December, 2011 worth Rs.22000/-. Since then I am facing problem with the handset. I have already visited Samsung Service Centre several times but the problem has still not been resolved. They have already replaced the motherboard and LCD Screen of the handset but still the problem has not been resolved. I have also written several mails to the company, but I have not received any reply from the company. This ie sheer harrassment of the consumer by the company.
