I purchased an IFB make Washing Machine (Model 8 kg Digital De belt)under exchage offer scheme. I got the product after about 3 weeks of payment and after unpacking the machine body is found to be dented. During washing operation hot soap water is leaking from front cover. Repeated phone calls & e mails were sent but none attended / nor the machine is replaced. Last complaint lodged (Complaint no: 9042733) on 17.06.2012
