I had purchased fascino scooty on 7 Nov 2016 from new rama automobile , India yamaha pvt ltd ,near SBI, udhampur ,182101. But they delivered me a defective product. Even after 10 days of running it starts missing while running. From 7nov 2016 to 11feb 2017 the scooty creates problems more than six times, while running only 306 kms. Initially the local dealer told me that missing happens because of little garbage in carburetor. Today even after routine service by the authorised dealer I had just travelled 4 kms and it again stops. How can be happened to new product.I have spent my hard earning money to buy this scooty. But they had delivered me a defective product. I want the full reimbursement cost. I had spent more than 60000 on this scooty and still problems persists. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
