Name of company/service: “Home and You” & “Indiaplaza.com”
I had placed order for “Home and You 3 Pcs Tea, Coffee & Sugar Canister Set ( Black)” from IndiaPlaza.com on 28th June, 2012 (Order No: I27061264996) & had made online payment of Rs 235/-. It was delivered to me on 2nd July, 2012.
But,
1) Out of three canisters, on 2 “TEA” & on 1 “Sugar” was written. No “Coffee” was written on any of the canisters.
2) Also the “Lid/Cap” of all the canisters are very very loose.
I had lodged a complaint regarding the defect on 2nd July itself with Indiaplaza customer care executive & my complaint No. is “PH0207120038”
Today on 10th July, I m forced to write this because even after several followups, I haven’t received any solution/reply/replacement from IndiaPlaza.
Please help me resolve my problem.
And I would suggest never ever shop online & particularly from IndiaPlaza & Home & You.
