we have order for battery kit for pure it and it was delivered on 4th june 2012 but within one month of installation it got defective we have 1st looged a complained on 10th july 2012 and got assurance that somebody will visit n check it. One of the guy came back n asked us to talk to helpline and since then we are chasing pureit but nobody is turing to replavce the defective battery we have mad several complaints vide compalint no C124382286 dt 5th august 2012, C1234382296 dt 10th august 2012, C124394916 dt 11th august 2012 and we tried to make a complaint today i.e. 12th ausgust and was suprised that they kept us hold on 20-30 min without any response. Can somebody ask the company to stop claiming 1 crore challange and stop plating with helath of its consumer
