I purchased an 1.5ton Voltas 05 star air conditioner from Hari Om Electornics vide bill number RI/12-13/2227 dated 27/06/2012. It was fitted by mechanic of Hari Om Electronics on 27/06/2012. Some plastic grills were short. An engineer from Voltas/Hari Om Electronics visited my house on 28/06/2012 and told that the AC is defective and advised not to use the AC till the defect is removed. He further asked to register complaint at service centre of Voltas. Complaint was registered with Voltas vide complaint number 12JU2904512. But nobody came to remove the defect. Service Centre of Voltas was again reminded about the complaint on 02/07/2012 and 04/07/2012 but nothing heard. Complaint was also submitted at the website of Voltas Ltd. on 03/07/2012 and 04/07/2012 but not attended. Thereafter complaint was also registered with Hari Om Electronics on 05/07/2012. But till date the defects has not been removed and inspite of spending money on purchase of AC I and my family is compel to bear the onslaught of summer from 28/06/2012 to till date. It is prayed to direct the Voltas Ltd./Hari Om Electronics to replace my air conditioner and also impose heavy fine on both the firm for this harassment
