Name of company/service: VOLTAS AIR CONDITION
i HV PURCASED Ac ON 30.04.12 AFTER ONE MONTH ac IS DEAD. THEY DEPUTED A SERVICE ENGINEER AND COME ON 05.06.12 AND SAID THAT GAS LEAKAGE, AC HAS TO BE SENT TO SERVICE CENTER AND IMMEDIATELY ac Unit was sent by my car to BOKARO service centre on 05.06.2012, after repaired It has reached on 06.06.2012 but ac is not cooling.
> Again same process service engineer deputed on 07.06.2012 and they reached
my housE on 10.06.2012 and said that there is a majore fault. CondenSer is
to be replaced.
> A new AC is repaired in this way. First time gas leakaged and refilled.
> Now THEIR engineer is saying condencer is bad,After replacing condencer another problem will be arises.
> Sir, I have purchased new AC or 2nd hand Ac?? In this way, i have to wait
when ac will be repaired. I have paid for repaired ac to voltas or new ac.

be brust and casulaty will be occured. I have to wait for that. Then
> voltas will be declared that ac has manufacturing defect.
