Dear sir, I purchased a pair of shoe from ZEST showroom for Rs.3000/- on 3/11/11 receipt no. 4643,company’s TIN no is 09865709620.the pasting of the sole got teared, for the first time I they got it repaired and after 1 week it again teared from same side I again contacted them and asked for the refund,but they straight away rejected.
this is my humble request to you to kindly help me to get me Refund of Rs. 3000/- plus Rs.3000/-as compensation money back as early as possible, I shall be highly obliged.
