Defected Machine & Worst service

Location/place: Gurgaon

Name of company/service: Aqua Fresh R.O.Systems

I purchased an Water purifier machine from the below company-

AQUA FRESH R.O PVT. LTD.
H.O. : Office No – 206, Vardhman Sunder Plaza,Plot No – 12, Near Aggarwal Sweets,Sector-12, Dwarka, New Delhi-75.

They installed on 04th June at my residence B231 , Sec-56 Kendriya Vihar. After the installation , they did not deliver the bill at the same time and asked to deliver it tomorrow with the warranty card and someone called Mr.Sharma requested to pay full amount and asked to be assured.

They also advised that i will have to throw at least 2 tanks of water before using and at the time of bill delivery , they will recheck the TDS.

After that i made almost 100 calls for bill and TDs recheck but no result. I kept calling and every time got false assurance. Finally they all stopped picking my calls. I went to the nearest police station for fraud complain but they requested to call them once they come back with the bill and without bill they can not do anything…

Finally on 7th , they visited and gave a manual bill. Their representative Mr.Sandeep (9971877792)assured me this will not happen and repaired the machine but again did not give the warranty card.

He asked to come back after two days with warranty card which was supposed to be signed by Mr.Sharma. Finally today is 10th June and we are still ordering bottle from outside and unable to use it.. Water purifier machine is not working and giving stinky water . I tried to speak with Mr.Sharma but he disconnected the call while saying to be in touch with Sandeep. and Sandeep is not picking my phone.

I really feel cheated and i want my money back. I humbly request you to help me to get my money back from this fraud company.It’s my hard earn money and i need to pay this to my friend in 3-4 installment.
