I had purchased an AKAI LCD TV on 25th December 2011. And by mid of March 2012, I started facing issues with my TV as it was not properly functioning. I had given numerous complaints to AKAI (Service center) and also BIG BAZZAR(Retailer). But no action has been taken till now.
I had almost visited them multiple times but no proper response has been given.
I am really fed up to the customer service which they have provided.
And still I havent got my TV serviced nor a TV replacement has been given.
Hence I would register a complaint and want to be compensated for the mental stress and poor customer service.
