Defect in Volkswagen POLO

Hi,

I have purchased a POLO from Volkswagen Delhi South. I have faced so many problem from this car. Second time its rear tyre jamed and Handle Jam problem and facing lots of problems. I have called volkswagen customer care they said they will send their engineer to handle these problems. But still we didnt get any response or no person came to check the Car issue.

I think this car is defective. Please take action against this issue.
