SIR I PURCHASE THE MOBILE NOKIA 500 ON 17 FEBRAURY 2012, AFTER 4 DAYS MY MOBILE PHONE IS RESTART AUTOMATICALLY.I SUBMIT THE PHONE AT NOKIA CARE CENTRE GORAKHPUR,BUT THE PROBLEM IS CONTINUES,I SUBMIT THE MOBILE AT NOKIA CARE 6 TIMES,BUT NO ANY PROPER SOLUTION PROVIDED BY COMPANY,AND AFTER 2 MONTHS MY MOBILE PHONE SEND TO HEAD OFFICE OF NOKIA AT NOIDA. I RECEIVE THE PHONE AFTER 10 DAYS I RECEIVE THE MOBILE PHONE AND COMPANY PROMISE TO ME NO ANY PROBLEM ARISES IN THIS MOBILE PHONE IN FUTURE,BUT AFTER 4 DAYS THE RESTARTING PROBLEM IS AGAIN CONTINUES.I WANT TO REPLACEMENT OF PHONE BY COMPANY.AND DURING THIS PERIOD I SUFFERED FROM PHYSICAL HARRASMENT AND MENTAL HARRASMENT AND MY TIME WASTE IN THIS CASE AND I WANT TO CLAIM OF RS.20,000 FROM NOKIA COMPANY FOR THIS HARRAMENT.
I HOPE YOU WILL BE TAKE ACTION ON COMPANY IMMEDIATELY AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
