My name is Ariz.I have bought a lg-a350 mobile on 05 August 2011 from lucknow, UP.
In the first month only, message corruption occured in my set.
After formatting the set was given to me. Again the problem occured within a span of 1 month. And the problem still persists in my handset. I am going to the service centre about every month. Last time it occured within a span of 15 days. I had also sent message through email to the consumer cell of the company but i received no response from them. They are neither removing the problem nor changing the set. Everytime they only assure that the problem will never arise again but no result comes out.Today, when i went to the service centre of lg at gomti nagar, lucknow, I asked if the problem still persists after the warranty, then what will you do, he replied that we have not taken the responsibility of lifetime.
Please guide me what to do.
