Defect in good purchased

I have purchased a symphony cooler from STAR CJ on 5th of march 2012. The product given to me is a defective piece for which i have lodge complaint for many times to company. Neither the Dealer (STAR CJ) or the company is providing service nor changing the product as commited at the time of purchase.
