Name of company/service: ALCATEL MOBILE COMPANY

I had purchase Alcatel- OT990 FROM Big Bazar, R Mall, Mulund,Mumbai, on 21st March 2012.
The cost paid by me for the captioned handset was 8500.00 and warrnaty was 1 year.
I gound Mobile hadnset was getting heat while battery charging. So I Approach nearest Alcatel Service Centre wherein service centre had confirm the fault in IC due to which new board to be replace which they will receive from Chennai Alcaltel. The time taken to resolve issue given as 15 days by the Service Centre.
After 15 days I had approach to service centre to recovered my Handsetbut they said the required hardwere not received from Chennai Alcatel Office hence they are helpless in this regards.

I waited and revisited to Service Centre periodically but till the date i.e.on 03rd of August 2012 the service centre not received any response from Alcatel Chennai Office and Handset is still lying with Service Centre-Mobizone, Eternity Mall, Thane,400604.

Please help me getting out of this situation and help me getting compansation against loss occred in visiting store and Damage happend due to delay by Company.

Currently I am using my Wife’s mobile so that I will not have any financial damage. But my wife not able to access her Mobile no.
