I am a idea prepaid user with mobile no 9826241414. On 12th of Feb my unlimited plan was going to expire, without taking my permission, idea deducted some amount of money to extend the plan for 28 days. I have already made a porting request on 9th of Feb from idea. My number was going to be ported in a day or two. Due to their deduction and recharge done without my permission, I was using the phone normally and data as usual, I was in middle of some presentation when my data connection stopped stating zero account balance and I was not even able to make a call. because my main balance was used instead.
On speaking to the customer care, they were bluntly saying that we have informed you regarding same, but no as such permission was taken from my side.
