I received a call from AIRCEL about some offers. I declined to accept those offers. Even then I was asked about my account balance for which customer care executive has no right at all. I did not tell my balance. Within some minutes around Rs. 50/- was deducted from my account.
I dialled 198. Response given by the company was very bad and disrespectful. I was given a reference no. for refund of Rs. 40/- within 24 hours. But no refund has been made till yet. I am deeply annoyed and hinghly dissatisfied with this illegal deed.
