Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I purchased a Tata docomo sim. My sim no is 9041977886. The service provider deducted 3 times My 49 Rs in my balanced.Whenever I called the customer care no they hold my phone and after that never response again. I am very frustrated with the service provider. So please help me.
