Deduction of unfair menace balance from mobile account

Location/place: Roorkee, Dist- Haridwar, State-Uttrakhand

Name of company/service: Bharti Airtel

Dear Sir, I am a govt employee and I have a pre-paid connection of Bharti Airtel. My Mobile no is – 7417565490. In the month of Apr 2012 between 10 to 20 Apr 2012 they have deducted of Rs 35 and Rs 150 from my account against mobile tv subscription which was totally wrong and when I called up to company representative they have not satisfied to me and again and again disconnect my mobile phone. On 10th May 2012 they have again deducted Rs 65 and when I asked to company Representative they did not clarify and when I told him to refund my balance to my account which is deducted unfair means, they have disconnect my phone. I try my best but they did not responded my call, So I decided to lodge a complaint to consumer forum for justification and refund my balance.
