DEDUCTION OF REFUND CHARGES-CLEARTRIP

Location/place: NOIDA

Name of company/service: CLEARTRIP

Cleartrip has wrongfully deducted cancellation charges when it had categorically confirmed through its call centre team that my specific travel from Delhi to Kathmandu via Air India flight on 8th June & return on 14th June.

Amount paid for booking 24996/-

Deducted-16995/- as Airline Charges

Although it was confirmed that its was refundable at any point of cancellation.Entire money would be refunded except the cleartrip charges,which was agreed upon.

So my only contention is to get the refund of 16995/- wrongfully deducted.

Nobody from Cleartrip is hearing the complaint rather they are only saying that it has been deducted as per Airline charges.

This is really shocking & needs to be taken up seriously.
