Actually i am using vodafone prepaid number -9811264614 for the past three years. And recently i activated the vodafone bbm one month plan according to which i pay them rs 399/- per month. This plan includes unlimited net browsing and blackberry messenger service without any extra charge. But inspite of this my service provider kept on deducting amount from my balance from the day i activated this plan. I am using this plan for the past 5 months and my balance is continuosly deducted. I informed vodafone customer care about this issue but these guys inspite of sorting out my issue, they harreshed me by not solving my problem, they made false statements, provided me with false information, misguided me, left me helpless. I called them 50 times but no action is taken by them. So i kindly request you to look into my matter because i am totally fooled by vodafone and i was not able to enjoy bbm services after paying a large amount of Rs. 400/- every month. I was tortured by the customer care, and dey looted me by continuosly deducting amount from my prepaid balance. I want all my money back from them and even the compunsation for the trouble and for harreshing me to the core.
