Deduction of Money from account

Location/place: Sambhal/Moradabad

Name of company/service: AIRCEL

Automatic deduction of money from aircel account balance.
It generally occurs 2 or 3 times per month to most of the users……
Also the customer care refuses to transfer the call to senior department….
as i m not satisfied with him.
& he stick to the wrong information updated on their computer.

    Also the customer care refuses to give proper reply on the same as i m not satisfied with this

    Even some of the customer care executives were refused to give proper reply.
