Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a prepaid mobile holder of Airtel, mobile no 7896865215. The number belongs to the circle at Dibrugarh, Assam. And registered on the name of Mr. Shyamal Biswas.
IT HAS BEEN OBSERVED IN LAST FEW OCCASIONS THAT THERE IS DEDUCTIONS OF MONEY FROM MY AVAILABLE BALANCE;ON 08.06.2012 THERE IS DEDUCTION OF RS 20.00 AND ON 10.06.2012 RS. 5.00. FOR THE FIRST CASE THERE IS NO SMS/INTIMATION FOR WHICH THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED BUT FOR 2ND ONE THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FOR DOWNLOADING OF VIDYA.
WHERE AS FROM THIS MOBILE NO THERE IS NO SERVICE REQUESTED SINCE THE NUMBER OWNED IN OCTOBER 2011.
I have called to customer care of the service provider but got no help except hanging my call for 10 mins without reply and causing me unnecessary charges of call and time.
Kindly look into the matter and help to stop this type of fraud money deduction and harassment.
