This complaint is regarding the deduction of 30 from my Vodafone balance for unwanted dnld services. I haven’t asked for it. While checking I could figure out the following that it was DNLD-WUSS_SPR0030_PPU_CKSPORTPASS-VFALERT.I have tried to contact them.
Actually I don’t want these types of annoying dnld services on my number. Please do the needful and kindly refund my amount as 30 is not a simple amount for me. Thanking you
