Deduction of money

Sir,
I have a complaint regarding the deduction of money from my Vodafone balance through dnld services which was not opted by me. They have deducted 30 rs. from me. I have tried to contact them resolving this. I got to know it is DNDL-WUSS_ SPR0030_PPU_CKSPORTPASS-VFALERT. Please try to resolve this fast as I don’t need these dnld services and please do needful to get it refunded
