deduction of main balance

Name of company/service: airtel

Dear sir,
couple of times I have been charged for using internet on my phone,all of my main balance was deducted completely because my internet pack was finished,they did not inform me by any means.
On 8-11-2012 they have charged my complete balance again for using internet though my internet balance is sufficient. On enquiry they say that internet should be logged out before calling anywhere otherwise internet will be charged from main balance.
This does not make any sense to me. On the other hand I was not informed for being charged neither there is any written information about this.
I would beg you to please take necessary action regarding this. I will be greatly obliged to you.
