Am subramanya lodging this complaint from kodagu Karnataka against reliance GSM. Sir am using reliance number 8880668870 since last two three years and started using Mobile internet since this year.by activating various GPRS packs available.But my problem comes every time when balance in my GPRS account comes within.50mb they, reliance company will start charging for browsing. 10ps/kb inspite of having GPRS balance which is very much frustating.this happened more than.6 times and they refunded me every time but this time on 17/09/2013 same thing happened for which am trying since last three days but customer care people are not responding properly till yesterday they were saying server is down but now they are saying it is already three days older now we can’t do anything.I don’t know wat to do now I lost 30+ rupees which might be very less but this problem haunts me every time. Kindly take action regarding it.
