deduction of charges without reason

Name of company/service: tata docomo

I recharged yesterday with 150 inr amount then suddenly i got a message that youth pack has been activated on your phone and 30 inr has been deducted and instead of paying me back my docomo customer care executives has been telling me that the system is busy, call after 4 hrs. i called 4 times then they de activated my scheme but never payed me back. their customer executives were seem to be clueless. please help me in this. date 068\2012
