Hi,
I have an airtel number 9818927595, where i have an active service of Internet Package. I tried upgrading my phone with Android version but airtel charged me some 350.00 rs plus no upgradation was done on my phone. I called the customer service numerous times but no action was taken and they without any reason disconnect my call. My airtel internet balance is available till now but instead of first utilizing my internet package they charged me directly with my full bal of 350.00 rs. Please get it checked and file my complaint against them.
