I am having AIRTEL prepaid mobile connection. My mobile no is 9501308703.
I received a message from airtel that i have been charged Rs 99/- for buying pack purchase whereas I did not make any such purchase .
I spoke to the costumer care executive who told me that the purchase was made by me and they sent me this URL
“wap.hungama.com”. I told them that no such purchase was done by me and my balance should be refunded.I was told that refunding is not possible.
If the company can have the rite to deduct the balance without the permission of the consumer then they should have a provision of refunding it also. The company should atleast send a message seeking permission for any kind of deduction.
