Name of company/service: Tata Docomo
I can’t believe that I am facing the same situation after 1 month. Tata Docomo has again deducted my balance twice in one week for services for which i have not subscribed to. when i faced this situation last month i asked the company to give a clear answer as to why this has happened, to which they replied “it was done automatically”. So now Tata Docomo, i want you to automatically refund what ever money you have unjustly deduced from my balance and need a response from the company in writing.
