Company is not responsive to any help line.In 1 help line they said that no services are activated while in other they said 5 are currently in use which has resulted in the reduction of balance.All the hell they are just deduction balances from my two cell and said that the services can never be deactivated you have to use it for lifetime @ cost of 5rs per day….WTF….Please please file some case or anything but please look into this as we r not having any option for such problem but only this website….Again they are used to keep the customers on hold for hours myself i has faced it twice….Expecting some strict action from your side….
