MY BALANCE HAS CONTINUOUSLY BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY AIRTEL MOBILE ,AMOUNTING TO A TOTAL OF ALMOST RS 400.FOR THIS ,I HAVE MADE MANY COMPLAINTS .BUT EVERY TIME IT HAS BEEN REJECTED. MANY TIMES I WAS EVEN UNABLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE.
MY BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED DUE TO INTERNET USAGE ,AS INFORMED BY THE CUSTOMER CARE AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS .BUT I WAS HAVING NIGHT PACK OF INTERNET DURING THAT TIME AND I USED INTERNET ON MY MOBILE AT NIGHT ONLY.AFTER BALANCE DEDUCTION , I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT ;THEN ALSO THERE WERE BALANCE LEFT IN GPRS ACCOUNT.I COULD’NT USE THAT GPRS BALANCE .SINCE THEN,I AM CONTINUOUS COMPLAINING FOR THIS. ITS MORE THAN A MONTH NOW.IT HAPPENED AROUND 16TH MAY ,AGAIN ON 25TH MAY AND IN BETWEEN ALSO SOME AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED.MY MB NO.9779511454. KINDLY NOTE AND TAKE ACTION .
