Myself Prachi Desai, using Tata Docomo service (Sim No. 7208225513). Tata Docomo has deducted my Rs.85 in last 10 days(Rs.65, Rs.5 & Rs.15 resp.) I have complained to Tata Docomo Customer Care also visited at service galary but thay are not taking it seriously. They are expressing sorry but doing the same mischeif time and again. As per customer care the amount which was deducted earlier is activated via internet though I have not activated such any. Inspite of complaining they are debiting regularly. They said that they will refund in 24 hours but its 5 days now. No balance is credited on my account.This thing is now becoming untolerable. I want my money back. I expect justice from consumer forum. thanking you.
