Deduction of Balance

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo Telecom Services

My Mobile number is 9258081024.
The company has not send me any message about deduction of rupees on friendship day, & also not published any information in newspaper.
there is no black day.
and the company deduct my balance by charging amount for sending messages.
please solve this matter asap.
I hope I get back my money soon.
