deduction of bal 60 rs

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: hyderabad&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: tata docomo</p>my mobile no is 9032232722 service providet tata docomo. on 12th feb amount of 66 rs was deducted msg recived with.saying that all channels subscription is activated which i hav not done.. they fraud saying that when i used net i hav subscribed for it which i hav not done it will be auto renewed on 04-03-13. i called customer care they reply saying that money will not be credited. i ask them if i hav done by mistskely they can charge for that day it self. but how can they charge for 20 days… this is just a fraud by tata docomo i request consumer forum of india to look in to this matter and ill be available for any legal proceedings as
a responsible citizen of this country .
hope you look in to this matter and save the ppl from these frauds…
