Deduction of amount from account

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: tatadocomo

Automatic deduction of money from tata docomo account balance.
It generally occurs 2 or 3 times per month to most of the users……
Also the customer care refuses to give proper reply
any how i m not satisfied with this.
