I have deactivated the GRPRS services from my cell phone since last month, but nevertheless there are continuous automatic deductions for any random amount from my prepaid connection. The Customer Care Service Operators of MTNL are outright rude and ignorant about even the basic details. My continuous requests for some appropriate action has fallen on deaf years.
