I have been using aircel prepair services since last three months. From last month dated 25/11/2012 they have activated aircel pocket store without any confirmation and charged Rs.5/- per day. I have tried to call there customer care executive but none of them responds. Everytime I recharge they deduct my balance. Since then they have dected my Rs.40/-.If they are not able to give me a right service then I have to complaint in written to appelete authority.
