Dear sir,
Please take appropriate action for refunding me Rs.399/- (two times) towards HTC and SAMSUNG GALEXI Moble phone, which has yet not been delivered to me (these were in my shopping cart as on 03.07.2012),from and . It is further submitted that it was mentioning that this was a contest, it I would not be able to win this contest, 100% money will be refunded back to me. But even after a lapse of almost one and half month, I would have not been refunded Rs.798/-.
I have some details regarding my order given as under:

It is submitted that I have tried to purchase for HTC and SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONES in contest, but I could not get any mobile and Rs.798/- deducted from my saving account of Dena Bank from ATM and transferred to Time of Money/523103 on 03.07.2012.
In view of the above, it is requested to make efforts for refund of Rs.798/- to me, through ATM reversal or any other mode, as I have not received any mobile till date. I have send several mails on both the websites but only details were asked, which have also been sent, and no further reply has been received.
