Deducting Charge without doing call and recorded time wrongly

Dear Team,
My no is 09325617879 and I am using RIM NO from Relaince since last six year and always they are deducting charges without any reason stating that I have avail some VAS facility or other thing. But recently they are charging a call and stating that I have made a call on before the actual time line of call. I will clarify it I have NIGHT PACK in which whatever I will call inbetwen 11 pm to 6 am is free. Today at 11:30 pm a have call to my residence no 09334608681 and within 2-3 minute call has been disconnected stataing that I have insufficient balance in my a/c and once i have contacted to customer care they have told me that I have called to this no around 6:30pm. Its interesting and it happened so many times and each time I have mark a mail to reliance custome care and as well as ANIL AMBANI but they have list bother about this. Kindly look as its a serious matter of making money from the customer..
