I Gunjan Dhawan, would like to complain about my prepaid lifetime Sim. The Mtnl has been deducting Rs 3 as weekly disc pack without any permission since september 2012. And with repeated complains on customer care 1503 there has been no effective measure taken. The best suggestion the customer care gave me to not to accept sms, as if that was possible.
Please reply if you can do anything in this regard. My no. is 9868970282.
