DEDUCTING BALANCE AND DEACTIVATING MY SERVICES

ITS BEEN A VERY BAD EXPRIENCE FOR ME BECAUSE AIRTEL HAS SWITECHED TO NEW CALLER TUNE ON MY NUMBER ON 18TH JUNE 2012 AT AROUND 2 AM.THEY ALSO USE TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT BY RS 15 AND AFTER BY RS 45.FOR THIS ISSUE I CALLED UP SO MANY TIMES.BUT THERE WERE NO ANY SETTLEMENT TILL TODAY.STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ACCOUNT BALANCE AND MY OWN CALLER TUNE WHICH I WAS USING IN THE NAME OF AMIT SINGH NIROLA(CALLER TUNE).I WANT MY MONEY BACK WITH MY OLD CALLER TUNE WITH A SINGLE AMOUNT OF RUPPEE WHICH I USED TO TALK WITH THEM WHICH THEY CAHRGED FOR .50 PAISA FOR EVERY MINUTES.
