deducting amount on the name of wap messages

Name of company/service: AIRTEL

I’m Riyaz using airtel telecom services.
My number is 8985805337. These days AIRTEL network is deducting the amount of Rs100 in the name of wap downloads though we are not using. When i asked them they are telling that when you are using internet you have clicked on wap messages but actually i didn’t. I asked them atleast don’t send me wap and flash messages but they are saying that is not in their hand.
please solve my issue assoon as possible
