Deducting 1 Rs/Min for Idea call

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Idea Cellular

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have recharged for 34 RS, where this plan makes Idea to Idea 10ps/min but for one Idea no 1 Rs/min is deducting now..
I have spoken with the Customer care they told Friends family pack activated for that no. but i sent the message to deactivate but still 1 Rs/min is deducting for the same no..
I complained nearly 20 times to Idea Customer Care but still not getting proper solution.
Please help me on this..
